- Purchase of CAT A VIP tickets entitles you to a photo opportunity with the artist (10 people per group, limited slots available).
- Groups will be formed based on the on-site queue order, with 10 people per group. Group selection is not allowed, and each group may include other ticket holders in the queue. Photography equipment will be provided by the organiser. One group photo will be taken per group.
- Tickets will be available starting 29 July 2025 at 9.09 AM (MYT), exclusively through www.twig.events.
- We welcome a wide range of payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards, FPX, DuitNow, Maybank QR, Boost, Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, PayLater by Grab, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and SPay, so you can choose what suits you best.
- To ensure fair access for all fans, each transaction is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets.
- All seats are numbered, and prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. For wheelchair-accessible seating or further assistance, please contact our team at support@twig.events or whatsapp us at +6 011 5428 6681.
- Seats are automatically assigned according to the time your purchase is successfully completed. Your e-ticket with seat details will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the event.
Important Information
- Children under 3 years old are not permitted. Guests aged 3 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Re-entry is generally not allowed, unless approved by venue staff.
- No professional photography, videography, or audio recording is permitted.
- Each ticket includes a unique QR code valid for single entry only.
- Outside food, beverages, large bags, weapons, and professional recording equipment are not allowed.

Getting There
By Car: Head over with ease by searching “Stadium Perpaduan Petra Jaya” on Waze or Google Maps. The drive from Kuching city centre takes about 15–20 minutes, traffic depending.
Taking Grab: Grab is widely available in Kuching — just enter “Stadium Perpaduan” as your destination.
Parking & Arrival Tips: Limited parking is available at the venue. To avoid delays, we recommend arriving early, sharing a ride, or using Grab.
For a relaxed experience, do arrive 1–2 hours before the show to complete check-in and security smoothly.
