By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms set out below. Kindly read them carefully before proceeding.

Event Details

  • Event: Air Supply 50th Anniversary Celebration
  • Date: Wednesday, 24 September 2025
  • Time: 8:00 PM (Hall seating begins at 6:00 PM)
  • Venue: SBC Hall, No. 70 Jalan Seladah, Off Jalan Song, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
  • Important Note:
  • SBC Hall, located within Sarawak Blessed Church, has been identified solely for its capacity and suitability to accommodate an event of this scale. We wish to respectfully clarify that the concert is entirely non-religious in nature and will be conducted in a secular manner, fully open to the general public regardless of background. The use of this venue does not imply any religious affiliation or endorsement.

Admission Policy

  • For safety and comfort, children under 3 years old are not permitted. This ensures the well-being of all guests, including young children, as concert sound levels and crowd environments may not be suitable.
  • Guests aged 3 to 17 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult (18+) holding a valid ticket.

Ticket Terms

  • Tickets are sold exclusively through our official e-ticketing platform at www.twig.events. Availability updates in real time.
  • Each transaction allows the purchase of up to 10 tickets.
  • Ticket selection sessions will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity.
  • An order confirmation will be sent once your purchase is complete. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
  • Seats are automatically assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your e-ticket with seat details will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the event.
  • If you do not receive your e-ticket, please contact us for assistance.

Ticket Resale & Transfer

  • Tickets are strictly for personal use.
  • Resale above face value, transfers for commercial gain, or use in promotions without written approval are not permitted.
  • TWIG Events reserves the right to cancel any tickets that breach this policy.

Ticket Validity

  • Each e-ticket includes a unique QR code valid for single entry.
  • Please avoid sharing ticket details publicly to prevent misuse.
  • Only valid, unaltered tickets will be accepted at the entrance.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All ticket purchases are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled by TWIG Events.
  • No refunds will be provided for personal schedule changes, travel disruptions, or partial performance delays.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
  • If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Entry Requirements

  • All guests must hold a valid ticket for admission to the event.
  • All attendees must comply with venue regulations and event timings.
  • We recommend arriving well in advance to allow a smooth entry process.
  • Please present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) upon arrival.
  • Latecomers may be admitted during suitable breaks to minimise disruption.
  • All guests will be subject to security screening, including bag inspections.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive behaviour, such as fighting, public intoxication, or the use of offensive language, will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. TWIG Events reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual deemed to be acting in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
  • The following are not permitted within the venue:
    • Professional recording or photography equipment without prior approval
    • Laser pointers or similar disruptive devices
    • Pets
    • Outside food and beverages
    • Unauthorised promotional materials
    • Weapons, illegal substances, or any hazardous items

Indemnity

  • By attending the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWIG Events, along with its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your attendance or conduct at the event, including breaches of these Prohibited Items & Conduct terms.

Re-entry Policy

  • Re-entry is generally not permitted, unless authorised by venue staff in special circumstances.

Health & Safety Measures

  • Please comply with any health guidelines or safety protocols in place at the time of the event.
  • TWIG Events reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals displaying symptoms of illness or those who decline to follow safety measures.

Ticket Holder Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all contact and payment information provided during purchase is accurate.
  • Store your e-ticket securely and avoid sharing it publicly to prevent unauthorised use.

Photography & Media Consent

  • By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken. TWIG Events reserves the right to use such images and footage, which may include your likeness, for promotional and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.

Programme Changes

  • TWIG Events reserves the right to make adjustments to the concert line-up or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is cancelled outright.

Force Majeure

  • TWIG Events shall not be held responsible for any delays, suspensions, or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, sabotage, terrorism, labour disputes, power outages, or contamination.

Limitation of Liability

  • TWIG Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount originally paid for the ticket.

Intellectual Property

  • All rights to event-related content and materials — including text, images, audio, videos, web pages, and design elements — are owned by TWIG Events or its licensors. Use of this material is permitted only as specified in these terms or with prior written consent. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or adaptation is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
