1. When and where will the concert take place?

The concert will be held on Wednesday, 24 September 2025 at 8:00 PM, at SBC Hall, No. 70 Jalan Seladah, Off Jalan Song, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Hall seating begins at 6:00 PM, so you are welcome to arrive early, get comfortable, and enjoy the atmosphere before the show begins.

2. Why is the concert being held at SBC Hall?

SBC Hall, located within Sarawak Blessed Church, has been identified solely for its capacity and suitability to accommodate an event of this scale. We wish to respectfully clarify that the concert is entirely non-religious in nature and will be conducted in a secular manner, fully open to the general public regardless of background. The use of this venue does not imply any religious affiliation or endorsement.

3. Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available exclusively through our official e-ticketing platform at www.twig.events. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing only through our authorised site to ensure your tickets are genuine and secure.

4. Can I select my own seat?

Seating is automatically assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of purchase. Your e-ticket, complete with your seat details, will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the concert.

5. How many tickets can I purchase at once?

You may purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction, making it easy to plan a memorable evening with family and friends.

6. What if I cannot find my e-ticket?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, simply email us at support@twig.events, and our team will be glad to assist you.

7. Are children allowed to attend?

For safety reasons, children under 3 years old are not permitted. Guests aged 3 to 17 are warmly welcome but must be accompanied by an adult (18+) holding a valid ticket.

8. Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?

Absolutely. SBC Hall is wheelchair accessible and equipped to support guests with mobility needs. To help us provide the best possible experience, please let us know at least two weeks in advance if you require special assistance and ensure your tickets are booked in accessible sections. 9. Can I leave and re-enter during the concert?

Re-entry is generally not allowed. However, if you have special circumstances, please speak with our venue staff — they will do their best to assist.

10. Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

All ticket sales are final, and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the unlikely event that the concert is officially cancelled by TWIG Events, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

11. What happens if the concert is postponed or cancelled?

If the concert is postponed, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. Should the event be cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

12. What items am I not allowed to bring?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring:

  • Professional recording or photography equipment without prior approval
  • Laser pointers or similar disruptive devices
  • Pets
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Unauthorised promotional materials
  • Weapons, illegal substances, or any hazardous items

13. Will there be security or health checks?

Yes. All guests will go through security screening and bag inspections. Any health measures in place at the time of the concert will also need to be followed.
