1. When and where is the concert?

The concert will take place on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, at 8:00 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM at SBC Hall, Kuching, Sarawak.

2. Why is the concert being held at SBC Hall?

SBC Hall, located within Sarawak Blessed Church, has been identified solely for its capacity and suitability to accommodate an event of this scale. We wish to respectfully clarify that the concert is entirely non-religious in nature and will be conducted in a secular manner, fully open to the general public regardless of background. The use of this venue does not imply any religious affiliation or endorsement.

3. Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available exclusively through TWIG Events’ official e-ticketing platform.
For security and authenticity, avoid purchasing from unauthorized sources.

4. Can I choose my seat?

Seats cannot be selected manually. They are automatically assigned by the system on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of purchase.
Your e-ticket, including assigned seat details, will be emailed two weeks before the event.

5. How many tickets can I buy in one transaction?

Each customer may purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction.

6. What if I didn’t receive my e-ticket?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the ticket is still missing, email us at support@twigevents.com for assistance.

7. Are children allowed at the concert?

For safety reasons, children under 3 years old are not permitted.
Guests aged 3–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) with a valid ticket.

8. Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

Re-entry is generally not allowed, unless approved by venue staff under special circumstances.

9. Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Refunds are only issued if the event is officially canceled by TWIG Events.

10. What happens if the concert is postponed or canceled?

If postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Yes. All attendees are subject to bag inspections and security screening.
Any health measures in effect at the time of the event must be followed.

13. Is the venue accessible to guests with disabilities?

Yes. SBC Hall is wheelchair accessible and equipped to support guests with mobility needs.
Please inform us at least two weeks in advance if you require special assistance and ensure your ticket is booked in an accessible section.
