By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below. Kindly review them before proceeding.

Event Details

  • Event: Air Supply 50th Anniversary Celebration Concert
  • Date: 24 September 2025 (Wednesday)
  • Time: 8:00 PM (Doors open 6:30 PM)
  • Venue: SBC Hall, Kuching, Sarawak
  • Important Note
  • SBC Hall, located within Sarawak Blessed Church, has been identified solely for its capacity and suitability to accommodate an event of this scale. We wish to respectfully clarify that the concert is entirely non-religious in nature and will be conducted in a secular manner, fully open to the general public regardless of background. The use of this venue does not imply any religious affiliation or endorsement.

Admission Policy

  • For safety and comfort, children under 3 years old are not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees, including the child. Concert sound levels and crowd environments may not be suitable for very young children
  • Guests aged 3–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) with a valid ticket

Ticket Terms

  • Tickets are available exclusively through TWIG Events’ official e-ticketing platform
  • Availability is updated in real time
  • Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets
  • Ticket selection sessions time out after 10 minutes of inactivity
  • Order confirmations are sent upon successful purchase. Please ensure your email address is accurate
  • Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive your e-tickets, including seat details, via email two weeks before the event
  • If you do not receive your e-ticket, kindly contact us for assistance

Ticket Resale & Transfer

  • Tickets are for personal use only
  • Resale above face value, transfers for commercial gain, or promotional use without written approval are not permitted
  • TWIG Events reserves the right to cancel any tickets that breach this policy

Ticket Validity

  • Each e-ticket includes a unique QR code and is valid for single entry
  • Sharing ticket details publicly is strongly discouraged to prevent misuse
  • Only valid, unaltered tickets will be accepted for entry

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All ticket purchases are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled by TWIG Events
  • No refunds will be provided for changes in personal schedule, travel disruptions, or partial performance delays

Event Postponement or Cancellation

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date
  • If canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method

Entry Requirements

  • Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and event timings
  • We recommend arriving well in advance of the concert to allow for a smooth entry process
  • Present a valid e-ticket (digital or printed) upon arrival
  • Latecomers may be admitted during suitable breaks to avoid disruption
  • All guests are subject to security checks, including bag inspections

Prohibited Items & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, fighting, public intoxication, and the use of foul language, will result in immediate ejection from the event without refund. TWIG Events reserves the right to deny entry or escort from premises any individual exhibiting behavior deemed disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive without issuing a refund
  • The following items and actions are prohibited within the event premises:
    • Any form of recording or photography without prior consent
    • Use of laser pointers or similar disruptive devices
    • Bringing pets
    • Bringing external food and beverages
    • Distribution of promotional materials without authorization
    • Carrying weapons, illegal substances, or any hazardous materials

Indemnification

  • Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TWIG Events and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to their attendance or conduct at the event, including but not limited to, any breach of the Prohibited Items & Conduct terms.

Re-entry Policy

  • Re-entry is generally not permitted, unless authorized by venue staff due to special circumstances

Health & Safety Measures

  • Please follow any health guidelines or safety measures in place at the time of the event
  • TWIG Events reserves the right to deny admission to individuals displaying symptoms of illness or refusing to comply with safety protocols

Ticket Holder Responsibilities

  • Ensure your contact and payment details are accurate during purchase
  • Store your e-ticket securely and avoid sharing it to prevent unauthorized use

Photography & Media Consent

  • By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken of individuals present
  • TWIG Events reserves the right to use such images and recordings, which may feature attendees’ likenesses, for promotional and archival purposes without further notice or compensation

Programme Changes

  • TWIG Events reserves the right to make changes to the concert lineup or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes do not qualify for refunds unless the event is canceled entirely.

Force Majeure

  • TWIG Events shall not be considered in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable for any delay, suspension, or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., flood, earthquake, fire), pandemics, public health emergencies, government directives or restrictions, war, military actions, civil disturbance, insurrection, sabotage, terrorist activities, labor strikes, power outages, or contamination

Limitation of Liability

  • TWIG Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability, if applicable, is limited to the original ticket price paid

Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the materials and content related to this event — including, but not limited to, text, images, web pages, audio, software (such as code, interface, and website structure), videos, and the overall design, layout, and compilation — are owned by TWIG Events or its licensors
  • You are permitted to use this material only as outlined in these terms or with prior written consent from TWIG Events
  • Any other use — including copying, reproducing, transmitting, publicly displaying, distributing, commercially exploiting, adapting, translating, modifying, bundling, merging, sharing, or creating derivative works — is strictly prohibited

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia
  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts
